I have lived in these apartments for 3 years. I love it here. It’s affordable, comfortable and the leasing manager- Dana, always makes sure the property is well maintained and cleaned, grass is always cut and each building is always swept thoroughly by their staff. I have NEVER seen a bug in my apartment. I have very quiet neighbors and the maintenance always makes sure to come through the SAME DAY I need assistance. Dana has always been very friendly and kind- as this was the first apartment I purchased by myself, I struggled financially in the beginning and as long as I was in communication with her, she worked with my financial burdens. She’s super kind, and has taken great care of me the entire time I have lived here. There isn’t anything bad I would ever say about this place. I have seen some posts about people having bugs- I believe it’s probably because those people are dirty and bring the bugs in with them. Lol great place to live and settle down! 100% recommend. Family friendly and affordable, great for bachelor’s/bachelorettes as well, and pet friendly 💕

Very affordable and Dayna is an excellent manager. I have since moved because I needed to be within walking distance of shopping. It was a good first apartment for that area.
