Positive: It was in a central location making it very easy to get around all parts of the city. Negative: The floors were not clean. My feet would be dirty walking around. When I requested a coffee pot, it was dirty and sticky like it had not been cleaned since it's last use.

Positive: Location is good with the Plaza and staff was kind. Although we had no maid service workers were good to give us what we needed when asked. Negative: Room needed some updating and cleanliness wasn't bad but could've been better. Quick to put $100 refundable fee for incidental expenses on your card, but slow to give it back as we are still waiting for our refund. No maid service for 2 night stay.

It was dirty and very smelly the room didn’t look like it was thoroughly cleaned it definitely didn’t go through the five point Or three point inspection that is posted all over the hotel. It looked as if the bedsheets were changed they added new pillows new towels and soap to the bathroom and that was it. The floor in the bathroom had literal dust build up in the corner so you could tell it hadn’t been mopped in ages. The lamp and desk was very dusty and the building anytime we walked in smelled like straight up poop. Front desk was okay no continental breakfast

Positive: The rooms are very comfortable and even though they are offered at a reasonable rate, they are located in a very desirable location and the rooms them selves have a very luxurious ¿feel¿ Negative: The only thing that I didn¿t like was the limited choices for the ¿hot breakfast¿ but even that is understandable as most hotels have discontinued or suspended breakfast all together due to Covid health precautions
