Rooms are decent and clean , the beds are a bit small but not bad . The staff is all fantastic! They offer nightly stays or monthly and my favorite part they accept pets and they do not have breed restrictions! Plus it's very conveniently located so you're not far from anything no matter where in the city you're trying to go. And there's vending machines downstairs so that's extremely convenient and the in-house laundry. The housekeepers are great the whole staff is very nice and accommodating.

They had roaches and Theft a vehicle's not very secure. Their prices are very high for low-end hotel don't even have a full kitchen. They have a unarmed security officer they cannot touch pedestrians what help is he. Airbnb are cheaper then a hotel and you have a full kitchen to cook a meal.

Clean but dated. Smoking in some rooms allowed caused non-smoking rooms to stay have a small scent of stale cigarettes. Beds small. AC works great! New nice TVs. Full kitchen with full size fridge in our room was awesome!

Hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood perfect for an extended stay. Josh is a great guy and everyone was so helpful and friendly. I stay in a lot of hotels and have never seen staff work so hard to solve problems so quickly every day with a smile and sense of humor. First choice on any future extended trip to KC. If you're a sports fan, great location to stay for the game. If not, great views! Across the road is the stadiums! Was able to accommodate my travel companion (pet dog) and having a kitchen is great! 15 min or less to downtown, no reason to not to book here!
