Front desk wanted to charge me $50 for checking in early when the room was ready. Food is terrible for breakfast. No longer serving food for dinner. Used to Monday thru Thursday. If your a lifetime diamond member don’t expect to be treated as such. Hilton and this hotel in particular are going downhill fast. Every time the air conditioner turned on the fan sounded like a jet taking off.

What a wonderful place to stay! We came in from the east coast for my son's engagement party. It has a beautiful courtyard that we enjoyed several times. Staff was super friendly and helpful for everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone to stay at!

Found this quiet hotel kinda by accident. Rooms are stylish and clean. Every room in the entire complex are suites, I'm guessing different room sizes and layouts. An unexpected perk was all rooms have a door that opens up with a small balcony to stick your head out or let fresh air in. Has a full kitchen with utensils. We just stayed one night and didn't use the kitchen but to keep in mind for another stay. Overall great experience for a very reasonable price. Update one day later: after the general manager sent me an email thanking me for my comments today I started reading some of the negative reviews . The wife and I over 45 years of marriage have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years. I'll just give my opinion of one of the negative reviews. They stated the room was too small for 5 people? Really, 5 people? Show me any hotel single room that would really be big enough. Perhaps they should have gotten two adjoining rooms . Like purchasing anything, do your homework. Let's just say our stay could not have been any better for three times the price. You will not be disappointed.

Probably the worst hotel we have stayed in in Kansas City. We needed a room that was large enough to entertain five people so we asked for their largest room they informed us all rooms are the same got to the room and it was a sardine can (so small). So I told the front desk my dilemma and ask them if they had a meeting room we could use for a couple hours. They started off by saying the meeting rooms were reserved for the next day and I told them I needed it for that night So they asked the manager and he lied and said they rooms were booked. Looked in later they were empty. Went out to get food later came back the police had the driveway blocked something was going on in the hotel with the police. Do not recommend staying at this place.
