Positive: The staff and the location were great for the quality. Negative: The cleanliness could be a bit better but I do have high standards. The quality of the towels and pillows could also have been better. That is my very strict opinion. Mostly it was wonderful!

The bed and pillows were super comfy. My north face jacket and hoodie picked up a lot of pet hair. (I don’t have pets). I was able to clearly hear my neighbors having a good time in their room at all hours. The $100 fee upfront 😒 only to be refunded after 7-10 business days.

Positive: Good location if you need access to the airport. Everything was clean. Felt safe at night. Negative: The bed and pillows were firm, which I know some people like but we are soft bed fans. The walls were a little thin but mostly bearable.
