I brought my reusable bag with me. I put it right on top. The cashier sets it aside and starts putting things in a plastic bag. 😲🤬. No. Take it out and put it in the bag I bought here and brought in for that purpose. 🤦♀️

The store is basically empty of merchandise and you can’t hardly walk anywhere without running into boxes of inventory blocking everything.

-5 stars. This family dollar is 2 min from my house, so very convenient. It’s Sunday evening, typing this at 9:22 PM. They close at 10 PM and the door is half closed. SO unprofessional. Mind you someone was at the register when I walked up at 9:15 PM. I get it wanting to leave if it’s slow but get a different job if you can’t handle working at family dollar till TEN PM when it’s 1/10 places that’s open.

I would go to Home Depot, Lowe's, or an Ace hardware Not an item commonly found at Family Dollar.
I do believe they do...
They are under New Management and they have been busy getting the store together and taking care of customers as they come in and they were putting in newer model phones and cash registers but usually when I call them they answer when I call twice in a row.
