Rooms were not well cleaned. Front desk was not always available or responsive. No amenities (soap, lotion, shampoo). No supplies in kitchen. Nice to have microwave & fridge. Had to ask for towels h blankets. Oy.

Where do I begin? I'm asthmatic, we booked a nonsmoking room yet we're literally surrounded by people who only smoke in their rooms (weed and cigarettes). I'm allergic to weed btw, we've only been here a few nights and I believe I'm developing pneumonia. There's trash EVERYWHERE outside the hotel and potholes, please save your car! The front desk people are very nice however. But there are TONS of roaches despite us not leaving food or anything edible out. They also said upfront that they will only do biweekly cleaning. There's only two body towels and two very tiny hand (?) towels. Plus theres damage all throughout the bathroom, like the bottom of the door.

This place is awful. Staff will do the up most to avoid you. Have to wait 30+ minutes if you call past 7pm for someone to come to the front desk assuming they come at all. Rooms are filthy. Literally the only cleaning done is change bed sheets. Take one of the 2 wash clothes given, per week, wet it, and put it on the floor, Move it for more than 3 feet in any direction and it will turn black. Broken glass in the parking lot. There are many roaches dead and alive through out the room. If you’re lucky atleast the microwave might work. Elevator makes me think I’m about to die everytime I’m in it. Hallways are as filthy as the room. Smell wore too. Literally the only good thing about this place is the room gets cold. Even the driveway coming to the hotel has a bunch of potholes. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. And don’t comment on this post “Ian I wish you would have brought these problems up to our associates” because we have. And we were ignored. This place doesn’t deserve even 1 star. 0 stars. I worked at a hotel for 2 years. I know what the workers have to deal with, these people don’t even do the bare minimum. More likely to catch Stephanie on a smoke break than you are to see her behind the desk. It’s not that hard to check people in, and hand people towels. Again, 2 years. It’s simple.

Yes you can. They have early and late check in you just have to call someone to the front desk when you get there.
