Great way to see and learn about the battlefield. Guides are both knowledgeable horsemen and historians. This was the second time my son and I have done it but first for my Wife and 8 year old daughter, and it won’t be the last. Highly recommend!!

Took the trail ride and absolutely loved it! If you're in Gettysburg this trail ride is a must! The horses were well behaved, the staff is awsome, and Andy, our tour guide was fabulous! She was a fount of historical knowledge.

This was an incredible ride through the battlefields of Gettysburg, we had the 9:00 AM ride October 7th, the day was beautiful. Rachel and her guides, Andy our historian, were so knowledgeable and professional. It didn't matter if you were an experienced rider or never have been on a horse, you felt confident and well taken care of! Great outfit, great ladies! Thank you!

Insurance regulates two out of two of our restriction... 8 years old and up to ride and 250lbs or less day of your ride :)
Confederate trails were wonderful. We've gone riding in many places and these were probably the best tended horses we've ever seen.
The group tours aren't huge. I think there were only 12 or 15 in the tour I was on.

Hey all! The cost for a two hour horseback ride which includes the Fee for yoyr licensed battlefield guide is $92.50 per person. Age 8 and up to 150 pounds or less.
Their tours are set up to be rain or shine. So if its raing I suggest getting a rain suit from Walmart for about $12 or less. On my tour day it poured down raining from the tropical storm etc... and we still went out and had a good time.
