Clean,safe, dog park , baseball fields, playground and a nice paved loop trail for bikes and walkers or runners plus clean bathrooms and in a great location behind the Hospital .

Rabbit Transit runs a bus line between Harrisburg and Gettysburg, but no Greyhound service to Gettysburg.
Dogs are welcome but must be on leash unless in the dog park at the south end of the park. And, of course, owners are expected to pick up their pet's poop.
Dogs must be leashed. However, there is a dog park at the south end of the park where they can ruin unleashed.
