All of the other reviewers are correct. The office staff is the worst. They are very unorganized. Every appointment I have had there has been some issue (which usually boils down to poor communication). The final straw was when I had been communicating with Penny regarding filing a claim. I last spoke with her in June regarding a visit in December. Why were they just now contacting me about an issue with the claim for a visit six months ago? It takes 4-8 weeks to get a payment or rejection from the insurance company. She said they would resubmit the claim and file a paper form since the electronic claim they sent previously was rejected. I offered assistance and information to help facilitate the processing of the claim. She told me she was going on vacation and would follow up when she returned. I never heard from her again so I assumed the issue was resolved and the paper claim had been paid. Nope! Instead of calling me, emailing me, or even sending me a bill, they just straight up sent it to a collections agency. Now I have a mark on my credit because they just didn't want to deal with it anymore, even after I jumped in to try and help. I have gone ahead and now filed the claim with my insurance company myself so they will be paid. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a health care provider. As someone who works in healthcare myself, this is egregious.

This review is not about the service I received from the doctor. Dr Koh was great!! The office staff are the most unhelpful. It took two week of me trying to contact them to get a refill. When you call they don’t answer the phone no matter what option you choose. You leave a voicemail and they take forever to call you back. I still do not have the refill because the staff member would not call my insurance provider to clarify things claiming the had already done the work. Instead they would call me to complain that they had to do more work on my behalf. I will be finding a new practice just so that I can get medication that I need. Dr Koh is no longer with this practice.

Dr. Olsen is one of the best doctors I've had the privilege of meeting and being cared for. She listened to my thoughts on what I thought was going on with my health without being dismissive like so many doctors are. She validated my thoughts and is very responsive. Most importantly, I believe her diagnosis and treatment are correct. I wish I had a Dr. Olsen for all my doctors/specialists. I also need to mention Gloria. She helped me get the required forms filled out before seeing Dr. Olsen and did eveything in her power to make sure I was seen as soon as possible after being discharged from the hospital. I can't thank you enough Gloria, without your help I would most likely be waiting at least a month to see such a good specialist. Thank you Dr. Olsen and Gloria!
