Read the lease, In person they said okay to have cage animals, but after I complain about them spraying killed one of my small animals ( a sugar glider). They made me get rid of them. Because it wasn't an 'approve cage animal'. Try to get a downstairs apartment, because the floors are super thin. Living upstairs will most likely give the person downstairs a reason to complain because of thin floors. The more complaints you have the harder/ more stressful it is to live there. So try to be a good neighbor or become friends with everyone in the apartment complex. The price is semi-expensive the only reason why we can afford to live here is because we have a roommate. The Maintenance are understaff. So they only fix what they concerned an emergency.

Decent apartments and the maintenance staff is usually pretty responsive. There have been a couple of instances where we have had to submit numerous requests for maintenance over a couple week's time before receiving a response. But I get it, they are probably short staffed, just like everyone else seems to be nowadays. The renovated units are pretty nice, I just wish they had a patio/balcony. Also, you only get one parking spot and the guest parking spots can be very difficult to come by. Overall this is a decent place to live, it's fairly quiet and I would recommend to a friend.

-Updating my review since the office was able to fix the rent issue. -The rent is so high here that you can't pay it on the portal in a single flat fee. You have to break it into two separate payments. Each of these payments gets charged a $54 convenience fee.

Within reason. You need to get a pass from the front office and theres a monthly charge. Breed restrictions too, I think.
