Not a great a great apartment hunting experience at Miars Farm Apartments (Personal opinion) Perhaps with Covid and (at the time) the non eviction moratorium; just didn't look like "rent worthy" people,, as the questions asked were focused on how old, how soon to retirement, and working history, income.... yet, the young lady working in the office refused to take supporting documents when application was filled out and turned in. Perhaps that should have been a sign. Instead, received a form letter 5 days letter, with a disapproval, stating unable to confirm work history or income. Ironic to say the least. Did call and offered to bring in documents, but apartment had already been spoken for; according to Staff. Perhaps if the young lady had been upfront during the appointment, rather than relying on a form letter to cover everything, the experience would not have felt so negative. Fortunately, have found a place to live since that visit to Miars Farm Apartments.

I have been living here at Miars Farm for several years and watched it go down hill. The staff is helpful but there is not enough of them to fix everything in a timely manner. The landscape is horrible and the grass is never cut on a timely manner. It’s sad when this neighborhood used to be the best place to be and now Dunedin Apartments look so much better. The management here never upgrade anything here.
