Been to this place LITERALLY five times in a week span and the office was closed ALL FIVE TIMES. Asked the security guard when are they open (as their door and phone recording states they’re open until 5pm) and he stated he doesn’t know and that I’ll just have to keep trying. Gas is over $5/gallon. No one has the means to keep driving to this place for them to be closed everyday. How is someone supposed to inquire about renting an apartment here??? Will update rating/review once I hear from someone.

We now have a new maintenance staff that's by far the greatest. Things are turning around for the better. The new manager is really focused on the up keep of the property and she really care for the residents. Things are looking great!

I've lived here for almost 6 years and it has just continuously gone downhill. The office never has the same workers it seems more than a year. They don't return your calls, they don't keep up woth regular maintenance (air filters should be changed every 3 months) I'm going on 6 months now. There's ALWAYS trash all over the parking lot. It's unfortunate. I use to like living here but now it's just a dump. No one seems to care. I can't even get a phone call back after MULTIPLE attempts (left voice-mails even wrote a letter). Not leaving a very good impression.

We've been tenants at this apartment for over 20 years and it was nice neighborhood with pleasant and professional office staff. Over a period of time, these apartments have declined. The apartments do not have a good sound absorption. It is noisy and you can hear every sound your neighbor makes. The maintenance staff (currently only two) take over a month to make simple repairs. The office staff and management are hardly ever available to assist the residents. The office stays closed more than it does open. My recent renewal experience (which will likely not be renewed again next year) was cumbersome and handled unprofessionally. Office staff made an error in quoting the price. When it was brought to our attention it was two months later. They said we owed the difference in the amount initially given (which was more). The amount of the original certification offer was less than what was quoted; therefore, we accepted the offer. Later, we were told that they would not honor the amount quoted (it was a mistake on staff who are no longer there) when we asked if the price could be lowered they said it could not be lowered. Management staff was very dismissive and did not follow up or even call to let us know where the price stood. All we received on the door was a Balance Due letter. No follow up or return call from management or office staff. In the end after a highly unpleasant and unprofessional experience, compromise was finally reached after much dilligence.
