Yes, Bestbus, Megabus, Greyhound, Ourbus and Peter Pan are all here. There may be other bus lines too, but those are the ones I know off the top of my head
If you can show staff your ticket, you're still allowed to enter & stay within the station after midnight. It's pretty safe inside – just don't fall asleep leaving valuables around you to tempt others.

If you walk down the pedestrian ramp (right in front of where the Greyhound busses pull in) to H Street, you can hail a cab (depending on time of day, some may already be there) or have a Lyft pick you up there. There's a WMATA Metro stop in Union Station and a WMATA bus stop out front on Mass. Ave, but the cab/Lyft from H St is easiest
