Excellent location. Be prepared for 26% rent hike at the end of your lease though. Common area on the roof is baller but only one of the grills work.

So far I have nothing bad to say. Everything went really well as far as the move went, the apartments are very nice. The amenities are great and well taken care of. The staff is amazing and my leasing agent Chris was phenomenal in helping me go through the leasing process. Highly recommend.

After moving in here recently, I was impressed by the management team’s welcoming attitude and support. Chris was wonderful to work with and very helpful in providing the information we needed to make our leasing decision. He gave us a great tour of the building and amenities, and showed us multiple of the well-equipped and modern apartment units. I am enjoying living here so far with access to many points of interest in the Union Market neighborhood. Chris’ responsiveness to our resident needs and management overall make all the difference.

IF YOU WANT TO LIVE HERE, YOUR ONLY GUY IN THE LEASING OFFICE IS CHRIS MCKINLEY! HE MADE MY MOVE FROM CHICAGO SMOOTH AND JUMPED EVERY HURDLE WITH ME.
