There is a parking deck/garage that would charge you for like one hour. There is a pull up in the front if your party is there waiting for you, like where the Uber's pull up. There is metered street parking in the front and back of union station. Easiest by far is the parking garage.

There are several types of departures from union station including amtrak and several bus lines. Amtrak has a ticket counter and a self service kiosk. Bus tickets are best done on line. There is also connection to the metro red line there.

Parking garage level. There are signs inside Union Station. Take the elevators or stairs down. It's the parking lot on the left. Look at the signs at the end of each row, they show you the bus' final destination. There are usually some Megabus staff around wearing safety vests.
