The driver, Jimmy, was late to pick me up at the time specified via voice message. I called to find out if they were coming at all, after waiting outside and was told that they would pick me up an additional 45 minutes later. No apology was offered. Instead, blame was placed on me. Jimmy said that I should have called earlier, as a previous client canceled and there was no longer a need to rush. Why should I call if he advised of a pick up time. Poor customer service skills. I do not recommend.
