It's a mediocre place to live. Since my wife and I moved there in May, our utilities have been cut off at least 20 times for "maintenance". They will enter your apartment at least twice monthly with little or no notice at all. The utility cut offs happen with less than 24 hours notice. So be mindful if you don't like your privacy invaded on at least a biweekly basis. Managers change like underwear also.

I can’t recommend moving here unless you enjoy your utilities frequently being cut off with short or no notice. The apartment is average on its own; the windows and floors leak when it rains, the bathtub will peel over time, but otherwise it’s a normal apartment. However, the number of times (likely more than twenty over my two years here) that I’ve woken up to no water or no electricity with fewer than 12 hours of notice is unacceptable at this price point. I know that this lack of notice is optional because for a brief period it was resolved. The management here shuffles around constantly, and for a span of about two weeks when our manager’s name was Ashley, we at least got appropriate notice about our service outages. However Ashley didn’t stick around, and now we have the same manager we started with at this property, short notice power outages and all. Move here if you don’t mind being treated like an afterthought instead of a tenant.

I just moved into this complex at the end of this May and it has been nothing but great. Any issue I have had has been addressed promptly, my townhome was clean and easy to move into, and the property itself is kept up nicely. The new manager, Ashley, has been absolutely amazing with helping me with anything I’ve needed and getting things resolved quickly. She is a joy to talk to and very friendly. On the day they opened the pool she personally supplied a great welcoming of drinks and snacks. Overall I’m super happy to be living here compared to the many places i’ve lived previously, the complex is well maintained and run properly with great communication.
