Do not rent from these crooks especially if you have a family. We never missed a payment but talked to them about breaking the lease... we now have what was supposed to be a 1500 dollar bill turn in to almost a 4000 dollar bill. Never mind the cockroaches, gunfire, drug deals, green pull (shut down all summer bc unsanitary, termites falling from the ceiling, terrible maintenance, cheap vynal that rips when you step on it, etc etc etc. I could go on and on and on.. for the price theres better options. Don't do it

I recently moved out of this complex only because my roommate moved away. We’ve lived here for 3 years and it was wonderful. The office staff was always so kind and helpful! The apartments truly are very large especially for the lower price you pay! I obviously can’t guarantee great neighbors, but our next door neighbors were wonderful! I was definitely sad to leave, but I would recommend this complex to anyone needing a larger floor plan without paying high prices!

Only pro I could say is that the apartment is spacious. There is so much cons about this apartment complex, when I moved in this apartment I've dealt with filth, also for the first 2 months we lived here I was get bit by flea's it took over two half months of arguing with them about me getting bit for them to get the apartment flea bombed, and by they way I didn't have any big furniture in the apartment yet but they were kind of refusing it was the apartment I really never left the apartment because I am a stay home mom. I've dealing with the windows for 3 months almost 4 months it's an on going situation with them, seen I been constantly bothering them about the windows they sent a window expert to come check out the windows and they finally said the windows have to be replaced, but now I've got to deal with it looking like it does for whenever the windows come in, just a reminder it is cold outside and the windows are properly sealed and the moisture from the windows is bring cold air into my apartment so running the heater is pointless. Also don't get me start about the cockroach's there been two times my husband and I had in our bed, 10 others time around the house. I have a daughter who's 1 years old and likes to crawl and walk and like to explore and I can't her do that because of the situations in apartment. Also these apartments aren't taken of, the outside looks good til u go inside of the apartment not the model, they cover up and don't fix things properly. My cabinets were pilling and they glued it with caulking. When they painted the guest bedroom which smells like smoke like someone who was a chain smoker live in there, well the closet had spider webs and they painted over them, instead of wiping the spider webs off. Also my master bathroom had old leak and its not properly fixed. And in my laundry room/pantry ceiling got patched and it's not fixed correctly too. And my back door to the patio if you lock it all the way it has a pretty big gap, and let's cold or hot air in depend on the weather. On the Corner of one of living room walls looks like a dog chewed it up and they didn't fix it properly. Also the baseboards in the apartment wasn't put in correctly there gaps and unfinished areas, bugs could hide in them. The guest bathroom door has a hole in it but they cover it up with a white duck tape and the bottom of the door water damaged. Also it takes about little over $4000 to get out of the lease. And I can't forget how management treats their residents it's so rude!!!!!!! It's like they treat you as you are nothing and whatever you saying to them they don't really care or take seriously, they are like yeah yeah ok I'll send someone, and literally takes maintenance forever to see your apartment or when they have to order something for your apartment it takes about two weeks or more. I just can't wait til my lease is up in July. I highly recommend no anyone stays here.

Our overall experience at Standifer Place was a good one. The apartments are larger than most and the lady who works in the office, Laura, is always doing her best to improve the stay for the people who live there. She is dedicated and truly cares! We lived there for two years and it made for a great home to start our married life. There have been some recent changes in ownership that caused things to falter somewhat for a while, but they have since improved. We moved just recently to buy a house, but I would recommend this place to a friend.
