Honestly, I loved Dunkin. But every time time I go to this one, something is wrong. Don’t ever get the bagel bites, always cold in the center. Have never received any that aren’t cold in the middle. Usually get a sesame seed bagel with bacon, egg and cheese but today I found HAIR IN MINE! It’s a hit or miss honestly, not workgroup wasting the money!

So got 3 donuts and 3 coffees. One was the caramel mocha but it tasted like watered down black coffee, the other was the shamrock which oddly tasted like an eraser (yea i bit a eraser before… odd) and the last was the mocha swirl which tasted like burnt coffee and idk how that is even possible. The donuts weren’t bad honestly though but price is high for what you get.

They have never gotten my order right, I ask for a bacon egg & cheese croissant but no cheese, I even restate “no cheese” but they always put cheese in it. Today I went and asked for the same thing but this time they gave me sausage instead of bacon but gave my sisters order with bacon.

worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too, I’m pretty sure the ladys name who took my order is Amy. Her name was on the bag with my order. She was an older lady with blonde hair. Kinda looked like a crack head, anyways she was super super rude to me at the drive thru, (making fun of me ordering & mocking me) then continued to have attitude throughout me ordering. Was laughing about it. Then when I got to the window she didn’t even come, had a young girl give me my food, which she seemed nice. but the crack head lady needs to find another job, I have autism and experiencing that was embarrassing and disrespectful. Never again will I go to Dunkin’
