Visited this shop several times while in town. I do not understand why the guy at the register (or the young woman behind the pastries) stands around looking at people when it is crammed and there is a long line waiting to receive their order. I waited 10 minutes for a cup of drip coffee poured right out of the machine. Other, non big name shops pour that up almost immediately while the experts work up the more complicated orders.

Honestly, this is the worst Starbucks in terms of timely and quality service. My iced americano with "extra almond milk" on the label had none. And that was after waiting 30 minutes (for a 12-19 minute long expected wait) to get it. The barista didn't say anything but looked at the label and added the almond milk. The saving grace of this Starbucks is that it is such a great place to sit on my laptop and be productive. In the end, I did get a really great drink, but if you expect a friendly, efficient store, this ain't it.

Great employees! Came in with a birthday reward that wasn't working on the app and they were great and super helpful. They were super flexible in changing a drink to a frappe. Great experience.

This Starbucks is HUGE inside! Great customer service by the ladies at the register. This Starbucks is connected to a hotel.
