Very excited to find this place. I made a small pond and needed plants and fish. They were super nice & knowledgeable and helped me find the right assortment of plants and fish for my ponds size and location.

We absolutely love this place and have been a customer since 2014. We had a beautiful pond and a very bad person had poisoned our fish (30). It broke my heart and it's taken me two yrs to get up the nerve to start our pond again. We've refined it and getting ready to start building the waterfall and then we will be ready for our new fish. Be seeing you in about 2 weeks.

We have loved Jacked bait shop for many many years. From back when Jack run it to now and the rest of his family is keeping this great matchup going. Love the people of the service and they provide great date. Wax worms are the top in the area.

I have been using this business for 5 years.bought pumps then it broke given another pump because of warranty. That pump broke. $500.00. When that pump broke is was under the original pumps warranty , therefore out of warranty. So they would not stand behind their product. I'm having to deal with pump company. I am out $500.00 AND NO PUMP. I bought a new pump from another business, that was less money and better suited to my pond. I will never purchase anything from the water garden. They are to be expert on ponds and sizes but it has been a headache and costly experience. I don't plan to experience it again. They are a business who doesn't stand behind their products and i question their pond knowledge. I've spent my last $$$ with them. Buyer beware

We are not yet feeding our outdoor fish but will be in the coming days. Basically you want water temperatures consistently over 50 before starting to feed. After a couple more chilly nights they will be ready for spring feeding.
