Staff is wonderful, place is super clean, price is reasonable considering great location, all around 5 stars. Not sure why others rated it lower but I’ve been coming almost 2 years now without incident.

I've used Boca tanning at their Brickell ave location before they opened here in City Center. Staff is nice. But this salon is lacking some services and features for the expensive price we pay. Prior owner offered coffee while we waited. None is offered but they have water. Coffee would be nice considering the long wait time at peak times. On that note while they supposedly have wifi it does not work. I brought in my laptop to do work yet no wifi. They made us use the wifi of restaurant next door. Doesnt seem right. Also the other location had a big fan when stepping out of the spray tanning booth to better dry up and to ensure a longer lasting tan. There is a tiny little fan here. Long waits to use the spray tan. They really need 2 booths. What was most disappointing is when I purchased packages there was hidden upcharge in using a credit card. So shady. I come here to relax and look good and not feel the need to check all the details like when I'm buying a used car. Now they posted a sign stating the prices are cash based for discount. Well it's not a discount if one is charged more for using credit card. Just bad business. Suggestion: state the price for credit card users and offer a discount if they pay cash. Not so marvelous. Hope to see these improvements.

Literally the worst and most expensive spray tan I’ve ever had. I left it on for 10 hours and rinsed as I normally do and it completely came off. For a medium tan it was $58. I have a spray tan package with south beach and 6 tans using the same booth that cost less and my tan always looks good and costs a fraction of the price. I feel like they thought I was a tourist so they gave me the most expensive price and the worst color. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
