Absolutely the singularly worst branch in the continental US. Never open. When rarely open, signs direct 900am-400pm and doors are firmly locked. This branch is in an economically depressed area with a high volume of elderly/ infirmed clientele. The frequent closures negatively impact residents as the next closest branch is five miles away. If you're looking for businesses that directly demoralize and shred impoverished communities asunder, look no further than Brownsville BOA, 27th ave & 54th st. Absolutely disgusting.
