I really think they should hire people with better education and respect for the client. Today I was in the afternoon almost at closing time to clarify a doubt and the person who attended me (I made the mistake of not asking her name) without any education or respect, the truth is this person needs better education and patient to deal with people.

If i could leave zero stars i would, this specific location of Bank of America is a joke , they make people do a line outside, in the infernal heat of miami while they take HOURS to attend you it is disrespectful and made me feel like they dont care about us or our time , this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with bank of America , this SPECIFIC LOCATION has terrible customer service.

They're horrible!!! And now it will be even worse, because BOA is closing all of their drive thrus, since they believe them to be "unnecessary"! HA! These people have THE worst customer service!! They couldn't care less about their customers. Switch to Chase, across the street. They still have drive thrus, and they are very efficient inside as well. And Google's estimate - "People typically spend 15 minutes here" - is BS!!
