We had an appointment today with Mr. Arturo Arevalo to open a business account. Such appointment was made by an associate a day before. When we arrived, they tell us Mr. Arevalo was not in the bank, and then we received a call from him explaining to us that he was off today and asked us what we need. We explained him our reasons of the appointment and he said that even he was there he could not help us because the bank do not open accounts to Venezuelans. If so, why they even make the appointment after go through our documents? It is such an unethical and unprofessional behavior. The business is an LLC registered in Florida.

They have just notified that they are going to start charging Maintenance Fee $ 15.00 / Month the only thing that differentiated this local bank with respect to national banks, so I really do not recommend it because there is only one in Miami and the others in all the States This was one of the few reasons that they had me as a customer, it was the big difference !!!!, maintenance charges that are eliminated when you use the debit card 5 times, the name of that fee is absurd.

I wish I could give this branch 0 stars. I was denied access to my bank account funds because the drive thru personnel did not have withdrawl slips or temporary checks available. I will not be banking with Ocean Bank ever again and taking my personal and business accounts elsewhere.
