If you want to live somewhere EXTREMELY prejudice, then this is the place for you! I lived here with my fiancé for a year and ALL neighbors treated us poorly. The staff is unresponsive and does not communicate necessary information in a professional nor timely manner. Specifically Amy and Jamie, who never once acknowledged the idea that we were being targeted by specific neighbors. After my fiancé was VERBALLY ASSAULTED by one of our neighbors who also happens to be the maintenance manager, the staff didn’t acknowledge any of it at all. We have 2 beautiful puppies (who are both ESA’s) who were also targeted. The neighbors even LIED about our dogs attacking a cat. It makes me sad to see such unprofessional, discriminatory behavior. Anyways, DO NOT LIVE HERE

Since moving into the property in 2017 I’ve had nothing but a good relationship with the then Lincoln property management and now BH manager Amy. She is open to my needs when I communicate with her of matters. I have not hesitated to renew my lease each time it has come up due to this being a place of peace for me. The weight room facility has always seemed to feel like my own personal gym since the last manage and current management has allows me to use my personal training equipment there. I am happy to call Marina Pointe Apartment Homes my place to live.

After the latest development in my situation I just had to post here and rave about how absolutely WONDERFUL the office staff is. I currently have a less than ideal living situation, due to no fault of theirs, and the office staff have been so communicative and accommodating. This whole situation would have been so disheartening and frustrating without their constant support and assistance in finding me a new unit. While the walls and floors are thin here, it’s to be expected in apartment living. It’s the nature of the beast! The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are spacious and pleasant to live in, and it’s pet friendly! The only recommendation I have is to point a camera at the dog park on-site and put up a sign saying there’s fees for leaving your dog’s waste there... there’s a lot of poop in the dog park which is unfortunate but not really management’s fault. All in all, the staff alone makes Marina Pointe a great place to check out if you’re apartment hunting. They’re truly kind and amazing and want their tenants to be happy. Love you guys!!

I loved everything about Marina Point. The apartments, grounds, and staff were just wonderful. I did not want to leave because Building A tenants were the best. The scenery is so beautiful. The staff are friendly, caring, and very helpful. This is the best place I've ever lived in all my adult life. I miss it as i had to move back to Georgia or I would still be living there.
