Disappointed. Emailed, called, can't get ahold of anybody from the leasing office to answer any questions. I'd like to be able lease an apartment. I see the owner replies to these so reply to my email please!

MANAGEMENT, MAINTANCE ARE TERRIBLE!!! I live in apartment 147 and I have been without air for 1 week and 1day as of today... I have put in Maintance request and Emergency request EVERYDAY and no one has come... My Husband and myself has been to the office several times and the office staff will lie about someone coming out to fix our air. We have yet to see anyone... It has been over 95-100 degrees outside and inside and they still have not come out.... I have taken money out of my own pocket to put window units in so we want burn up.... We all have Asthma and they done give one care about our health or well being.. I have also contacted the better business bureau and the health department maybe that will help.. If you are looking for somewhere to rent I would not even think of here.....

Deaja, Jessica, and Elena have been very helpful, pleasant, professional, and efficient in managing the facilities here at Meridian. I have enjoyed living here and highly recommend this complex for apartment living!

Management, maintenance, and apartments are HORRIBLE!! You constantly see people move in and move right back out. They look for petty charges to add to your rent that you are unaware of until they tell you they can not accept your rent until the charges are paid. We also paid a pet deposit only for them to tell us now we will ALSO be paying a pet fee on top of the rent every month. Apartments and townhomes are covered in mold that they just paint over. While speaking about being "covered," we have been covered in roaches in both the apartment and the Townhome we are now in. We are not nasty people bur definitely makes you feel like it when you have roaches! have had several issues with the heat and air not working. We have had several problems with calling maintenance and things not getting fixed so now we just have to "deal with it." When the office is contacted again about the problems they tell us the work order is complete. The pool has aldo not been functional 1 full year out of the four we have lived here.. Every year when it is time to sign a new lease the rent goes up atleast $100-$200 but the quality of the apartments, customer service (management has changed several times since we've lived here), and maintenance has remained unchanged. Oh and good luck trying to catch someone in the office or even by phone. It is truly a story of hit or miss. I would definitely NOT recommend these apartments or the townhomes!!!
