The day I got my keys to the apartment we found a huge roach and about 3 little ones. Obviously I waited to move my stuff in because I was scared to, but every day for about a week I would come check to see if there were any more roaches. Unfortunately, every day I went back there were 1-3 new small ones we would find. Luckily I was able to immediately end my lease (bc I was not about to deal with a cockroach infestation when all they said they could do was have the bug guy come spray) but I was left very disappointed.

I've been a resident for more than 5 years. Security is priority for me. I take great comfort knowing that no matter when I leave, anytime I make it back everything is just as I left it. This gated community has gone through a few changes over the last 6 months. There's a new resident manager in place who is conscientious enough to make certain the residents are heard, and satisfied.

The apartments and the grounds themselves are very well maintained and it is a nice and pleasant gated community overall. The secret to this complex is the staff!! The complex was recently purchased by a new owner and the office staff was briefly moved offsite which was less than ideal for the community. Angela, who was previously the Property Manager, has now been moved back onsite as the Engagement Manager and we couldn't be happier to have her back!! She has always been very prompt and attentive to the residents needs and keeps property running smoothly and in tip top shape. This was a wise decision by the new ownership.

We have lived here for 9 years and love it! So happy to see that Angela (Engagement Manager) is back!! She is courteous, professional and cares about her residents! Great place to call home.
