Yes
See website
They do not have bag size limitations. Seats are on the smaller size and there is not much room for storing the bags.
The Grand will be requiring proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test within 72 hours of the event for entry into its theaters. In addition, patrons, volunteers, and staff will be required to wear a mask indoors regardless of vaccination status, unless they are actively eating or drinking.
I also had to go to the website of the performer and buy the tickets online
Yes vaccine cards are required along with masks. 13 year old should be allowed unless it is stated over 18 only
The 8th and orange open lot and walk through where Chelsea tavern is always good, and I believe free on the weekends
Get there early so that you can find parking on the street. Otherwise your best bet would be to park in a nearby hotel parking lot and walk over. SN: my sister got married at the Grand. We stayed at the hotel Dupont and took an Uber down to the Grand. It's also close enough to walk if you don't mind a little exercise.
On street parking is free after 6. There are several parking garages if you want sheltered parking. Prices are reasonable. I usually opt for the Double Tree garage and never had an issue.
No. I was an attendee to a concert there
Level seating area on first floor.(orchestra).. Remember a few reserved areas . Check on line seating plan, or give them a call.
The width of the chairs is OK. My issue is with the leg room in many sections. The older design of the rows accommodates shorter thin people. Try to stay in the center if you can.
Prices and location
Best place to park is Double Tree for about $10. About a 5min. walk to the Grand. They also have a good bistro for pre-show.
They have snacks at their refreshment closets along with a limited bar along with wine, beer, sodas and bottled water. They also have a couple bars in the lounge areas.the one near the Baby Grand is a well stocked bar, I believe.
The Grand sponsors private lessons in many instruments. The web site should put you on the right track.
Doubletree hotel located behind the grand
Keep in mind that the Grand is non-profit, run largely by volunteers. Their online ticketing services are outsourced, and the fee is undoubtedly the cost for that. The Grand has no parking facilities of its own; you'll need to look for street parking or a lot/ garage. We usually park at the Doubletree Hilton on King; it's actually a municipal garage.
Stop by the box office and ask for a tour, or call ahead and plan it with staff. If there's an event going on in the theater, it may not be possible depending on the situation.
Just call the box office or buy single show ticket online.
I've heard from the promoters that it is sold out.
Online, enter promo code PRES25 and click apply before seat selection.
Not that I ever heard of, however, being appropriate depending on the show (e.g.: DSO, FSBT) are traditionally more formal than attending Hot Tuna. Use common sense and you can't go wrong.
Handicapped seating is located on the outer aisles, the cost is based on the show.
