Comfortable spacious apartment. Well priced for the area! Maintenance responds within a good amount of time… but, Most communication is done through email. I left my apartment in pretty good shape, payed on time for 2 years straight. When I moved in this place it was nice and empty, but there was dirt on the vents and window sills. It was Half cleaned. It Looked like someone did work in there and left the windows open. It didn’t even have a shower head. Lol… so I left my shower accessory for the next person & they charged me almost $400+ when I moved out because the blinds in my room were damaged. I admit the blinds are messed up but that’s only $85…. I got charged $410. Be careful because When you move out they keep your $ and write anything on the refund paper to charge an extra $75. I took a video & photos before I left. 1 of the things I got charged was $150 for a stained fridge… where are the stains? Lol Ps: walls here are thin and someone stole my packages in 1407 in December when I moved out. They should put a camera at the front doors / hall of all buildings.

Please don’t move here if you are looking for peace and quiet at any given time of the day :) Amanda is great in the leasing office, however it’s an issue of the building itself. It’s basically dorm style living because you can hear EVERY SINGLE PEEP from your neighbors. We live in extremely tight quarters. Smells linger excessively. I always know when my neighbors are cooking their unseasoned meatloaf. It’s really sad because the units themselves are gorgeous (a lot smaller than pictures online) But I wish I knew how paper thin these walls were before I moved in because working from home has been a nightmare. People that I meet with over zoom can literally hear my neighbors. Also packages are REGULARLY stolen and the office does nothing to avoid this in the future. I’ve emailed COUNTLESS times to put a camera in the mail room. Instead they place the responsibility on the tenants. They say it’s “our responsibility to always shut the door behind us” and we literally all do. I have never once found the door opened/unlatched. They said “okay we’ll change the door codes” well that did nothing and packages continued to be stolen. Still, for whatever reason they refuse to put a camera in the mail room. Guess we can’t expect much accountability from the Capanos :)

They wouldn’t refund my application fee that was never processed. Took money off my card, and instead of placing it back on my card they mailed a check that will be taxed. Inconvenient. So now if I wanted to reapply, I have to pay 50.00 dollars more, which would be a free 100.00 to process papers I could of did for them for free😂

Louie (the buildings super) always goes above and beyond for everyone to make sure they are comfortable and satisfied. He is kind and accommodating and does not hesitate to go the extra mile! Amanda (from the office) is also a sweetheart. She too will do anything for you to meet your needs. They make our stay here such a pleasure!
