I don't know why this place has 3.3 starts. Far from a two star. Got to the resort and I room we had reserved over 3 months prior was rented to someone else 2 hours prior. Then I provided our reservation information and they kicked the other group of people out. They refused to leave for a couple hours. Once they left, within 15 minutes the room was clean? I don't think so. I would have liked more than just new sheets and a towel, but there are other locations that are similar in price for much better quality. We also got two face rags to dry our body off, and complementary pubs.

Front clerk was very nice, but the room was horribly disgusting. It was hands down the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. Stains all over the sheets, black specs in the bed and sheets, crumbs and hair on floor, etc. I definitely don’t think we had clean bedding and it had already been used. The only reason we stayed, we just got off a red eye and were trying to sleep a bit before we boarded our cruise ship. Long story short - unclean and unsanitary.

Definitely not a first choice. Second or third but it's a stay. My particular room had issues. The main one was plumbing, run a lil water and it just stayed there. Was the quickest shower I've ever taken. But cable TV and Wi-Fi worked great.

Minimal parking, first room they gave me smelled like smoke so bad the air tasted like it. The cable was also busted in that room. Only reason they didn't get a single star is the manager gladly switched me to a different room. The bed was firm and pillows were ok, the two rooms I saw were in need of updating and had all the windows unlocked when I came in so make sure to check that if you choose to stay here... For my purpose of catching an early flight from FLL it was sufficient but unless you have no other options you might want to think twice... Definitely wouldn't have stayed here with kids.
