Very nice place to stay a long time if you get a villa. The location is awesome! Close to the beach, tons of restaurants and bars, and grocery staples at the CVS. The property has a great pool, nice gym, and the villa had everything you need. The service was great and everyone was friendly. The only frustration is the elevator is slow and always busy. Other than that one minor issue definitely a place to stay when in Fort Lauderdale.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our 60th anniversary stay at the Marriott BeachPlace Towers. The suite is very nice and well equipped. Our view of the inner coastal waters, Ft Lauderdale skyline, mansions and yachts of every description and size has been most enjoyable. We took photos of a beautiful sunset. The staff have been very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Food and entertainment is all available within walking distance and the beach is just across the street.

The resort room was nice as expected from Marriott. The room location availability was disappointing Very noisy on the balcony. Construction nearby and AC units right next to room Not the location i requested ( upper floor ocean view ) which is normal I guess. But the view of the inter coastal was actually nice. and after being there would prefer. Check in was poor. the front desk said a room was not available at our 4 pm check in and would be around 5 pm. They stated they would call us. This NEVER happened, upon our arrival back at the Lobby at 5:20 pm to find out our room status were told they tried to call and text us. Again NEVER happened. The parking was a chore with the size of the garage and sometimes entering the garage. Not $14.00 a day but $14.98 with TAX. I was not told of the MVCI separate entrance . Found later on my own. The resort is across the street form the beach and on a busy strip with many restaurants and bars.

Nice but a little dated. Rooms are nice and beds are great. Good security during spring break time. Club room is closed for Service but you can still sit up here. Pool is nice but as to be expected packed during spring break. Little walk to ocean but very close. Great housekeeping staff! Hands down to them. Great front desk. No valet. Great location on strip unless you want quiet. Close to many restaurants- Hooters, etc. Good choice on the strip and next door to the Ritz! Always a plus for the spa, etc.

Yes pool but you need to reserve in advance to get access almost impossible to get access
Just returned from Beach Place Towers on 10/31. Pool is open. On Fri., Sat., Sun. it is reservations only. Locker rooms, gym, activity center, and hot tubs are closed. No activities (including kaaoke). Pool bar still open via online ordering. All restaurants and bars in the area are open with plenty of outside dining. And of course- beach is open.
Yes. I would advise U to go out early to purchase your area of choice. U don't have to stay but claim your area. I have been going there for 15 years. They normally take it up around 5pm. Although U didn't ask the concierge service is great in regards to helping U deep sea fish, restaurants, horseback riding, golf....etc. They are fabulous. I pray you get an ocean view but the canal & city is great too. Each room is excelent. Have a great trip.
Regular pots, they include a few days worth of coffee and filters
This is a very nice and clean hotel if you come to enjoy the beach you can go bikeing if you enjoy that. There are places to rant in the area
