Positive: The location was fantastic, the staff was incredible and the room was comfortable, cozy and QUIET! Exactly what I was looking for! Negative: I did NOT appreciate the $20/day parking fee! I was told that there was a mandatory security deposit of $20/day, due at check-in. I was NOT told that this entire deposit would be eaten up by parking!

Fantastic experience. Was there for the Miami F1 Race, so everything was very busy. John, the Manager, runs an extremely tight ship! You can tell he is invested in this property, and is a buttoned up professional. One of the best run properties I have been to. Bonus - if you need a haircut, the Mankind Barber Shop across the street is great!

I was a little hesitant given this appeared to be one of Marriott's older hotels in the area but I was pleasantly surprised. The good: The hotel staff was great all around. The hotel was clean and House Keeping on their A game. Bathrooms had been upgraded with walk in showers (I was expecting the old bathtubs depicted in several photos). The location is superb, being right by E. Las Olas Boulevard. Hotel was very quiet, making it a good option for business travelers. The so-so & bad: Rooms are a little smaller than newly built Fairfield Inn's, but was fine for a one week stay. No room safe. I should have been upgraded as a gold member but, although upgrade rooms were available, the staff had issues upgrading me because my room was assigned before I arrived (I never checked in on the app so I don't know why they would have done that given available rooms for upgrade and my member status). I will stay here again and can recommend this hotel to others, especially business travelers.

Customer service is horrible i rented a room for my husband Birthday the ladies at the front desk was very rude attitude didn't even feel welcomed no good morning how are you doing treat guest like trash. They deserve for people to stay. And no good morning how are you doing Welcome to Marriot. and the lady go how may i help you with a rude tone of voice. Wow that the first experience ever and last
