Overall it was a decent place to live. The parking is an issue if you have someone visiting. Limited Visitor parking and they will tow the car. I went to talk to then current manager to give ideas on how they could solve this problem and she became argumentative right away. Makes me think they get some kind of kickback from the towing company.

Didn't go inside any of the units, just met someone for a ride out front of the leasing office. However, there's construction work being done throughout, which keeps the gates open when they're usually closed and the trash compactor is at the left of the entrance which I'd think should be maybe in the back because it caused a bit of a traffic backup for other's waiting and due to the construction driver's were confused as to which way to go.

Luis was able to quickly fix my air conditioner. He vacuumed the water up inside and vacuumed from the unit outside to get the clog removed. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for a great job. 😊👍🏻

Renters please be aware that place isn't what it looks like. First if all it's overpriced, everything has increased ,there is a fee for this and service has gone down the hill. For a work order you have to wait at least 3 weeks. You water bill is insane ,double of what I pay for my electric bill. The parking and trash situation is horrible. Not mention the ants and roaches ,that's another story. Save yourself a headache and your pockets so money. All you get from the office is: yes I know, I'm sorry.....Really ???I don't need your sorry. Definitely will not be renewing.
