I have lived here a little over a year I have had nothing but a great experience. Maintenance is awesome anytime I have had issues within my apartment they addressed them immediately. Gwana in the office is so sweet and understanding she is down to earth and genuinely cares about her residents.

Laura needs to be let go. She clearly can’t handle a job that requires hospitality and multitasking. I’ve had to deal with her attitude twice now and it’s very unprofessional and rude. If you’re going to work in a job that requires hospitality then show some respect not only to your tenants but to the people applying to become one. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you’re going to have an employee work alone, make sure they have access to change things in the system as well.

I lived here for 2 years and love it! The management team Ms. Gwen, Ms. Cynthia and staff are very pleasant. They promptly respond to any of my request and the property is always clean. I live next to a dumpster, so I want to give the maintenance team a special thanks for making sure it is clean and free of garbage. You guys are awesome! I recommend this property to all my family and friends. They are affordable, quiet, and a pleasant place to live. Thanks Guys!!
