Renovations are cheap and fall off. Toilet was painted over not new. Wall sockets fall off and roaches/pests traveling through vents AND DRAINS. I was in the shower and stepped on a water bug that came through the drain. The powder Ortho Ant Killer helps keep them away or you’ll wake up to them dead on the floor. Water IS NOT CLEAR. They tell you to run it for 7 mins until clear NEVER CLEARED. Mailbox is hard to get into because someone’s breaking into them. This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had

I’ve put in a EMERGENCY work order 3 days ago about my hot water coming out BROWN! No one has came to check on it, or even got back to me. How is someone suppose to live with brown water?! At this point I’m calling to city to resolve this issue. Don’t move to this location, you have to continually reach out to maintenance yourself day after day in order to hear anything back. Lucky if they even get back to you at all!

These people who work in the office are disrespectful. You start changing things the moment we moved in. Then tell us emergency maintenance won’t be available then for holidays you say to call this number for emergencies but no one bothers to answer . I mean no one bothers to answer when it’s during the week anyway. This is ridiculous. Over 2 weeks into the summer and the pools aren’t even open but I’m having to pay over $200 a month for water RIDICULOUS

Over priced infested with roaches toilets always not working. Tub gets clog. Maintenance people are my favorite they try there best to resolve issue but the apartment sewage needs major updates
