Nice and friendly neighborhood Braums open late enough to get some good ice cream for a midnight dessert! I love how this store set-up contains more grocery selections than just ice cream, milk and dairy products. But at some point, they dropped their brand of frozen traditional, and chicken Alfredo, lasagnas and sells Stouffer's. And they used to carry a 48count of small frozen sausage and biscuits. Other than that, it is a good store.

Staff was friendly, food was good. Has. Store yo buy the ice cream they sell and a few other items. Price was ok. They only need to figure out the ordering and seating area as they intersect and doesn't offer the best experience.

This location always appears to be overwhelmingly busy: inside and out. However, the service, and the food is worth the wait. I do wish they were like Chick-fil-A were the employees take the orders to make the line go a little faster and smoother. Even though, the lines are ridiculous long they make up with it in customer service and food.

I stopped here during awful weather, on my way to visit my husband in the VA hospital. He wanted a vanilla malt. Both the person who took my order and my money and the one who presented me with my drink were exceptionally kind. I left there feeling better than when i arrived. The malt was good too :)
