Management lies , it’s dirty here and ghetto. Management done change so many time it’s full of bad kids and drug dealers. All of those good reviews are management.

I have updated my review. Please Ffnd an apartment where the management isn't rude and dismissive and that does care about the concerns of it's residents. Customer service has completely shifted within the last almost 90 days of me living here I'm very frustrated and disappointed. I hope the corporate office chooses better leadership that are customer service friendly and that isn't dismissive, unprofessional, and that lack empathy.

I have lived here for years. The staff in the office especially Kelly Nelson, is always so helpful. The apartment are nice. Quiet and nice neighbors.

If I could give them no stars, I would! We moved out January 2021 & they said we owe thousands of dollars.... they done this to our neighbor upstairs.... What they want is all section 8 so they can squeeze out every dime possible out of the government! They add "bogus" charges to your bill.... we tried another apartment & they said they couldnt help us because of pine oaks lies! We don't appreciate that we've been through so much & have to start all over because of them!
