I will continue leaving reviews until my issues are acknowledged and resolved. It has been 3 weeks since my issues regarding my patio door has been brought to the offices attention once more. Yesenia constantly stated someone would come by to do a thorough walk through of my apartment rescheduled because they popped up without a 24hr notice the previous time. It has now been 3 weeks . The only reason they showed up the first time is because I left a review on google for the public to see. So here I am in hopes to catch their attention once more so that something can actually be done. Here are photos of my trash pile I have swept up for the day. There is a gutter outside the patio attracting bugs and grime that are being blown through the door, as u can see I’ve put tape but it bugs and dirt are still coming through . I keep my apartment clean and sanitized to avoid issues like these but this is a serious issue. As I have stated in a previous email to corporate I have many allergies and asthma so I cannot stand to live in unsanitary and unsafe living conditions. First it was roaches now it is fly’s. 0/10 do NOT LIVE HERE. STEER clear unless you don’t mind having all of these issues. Reference photos below

Currently a resident who has been dealing with this complex for 2 almost 3 years and every other month my a/c is broken currently been broken since 4/27/22 the reviews are honest most of them! Eli can't get his contractors to do honest work or completely fix the issue and send emails replying the service request is completed which never happens. First unit I was in flooded and was hell getting to the new unit just to have more problems in it, as I have repeatedly documented and sent request to fix we got roaches broken a/c hvac units poorly installed appliances unprofessional uneducated staff corporate needs to intervene and correct these issues. 0 out of 5 star's highly DO NOT recommend this Chain of apartments

Update: Even though our experience in the beginning wasn’t the best. The personnel in the office are very professional and helpful. There is some things I wish would get better like people who take their dogs out and don’t pick up after their dogs do their business and the trash overflow. It’s not really the apartment personnel’s fault but the renters. Other than that I think the apartments are in pretty good shape (walls are a bit thin where you can hear the neighbors) but nothing too bad. We’re renewing our lease
