Based on my experience,The Anthem Town East Apartment Property is the best choice for an apartment home in the Town East, Mesquite TX area. The review is based on the fact that we visited approximately 12-15 properties in the Town East, Mesquite Area. In regard to aesthetics and staff, there were some 'good" apartment properties that we visited. And, there were also some apartment properties that were "not so good". (NOTE: Will be referred to as "The Anthem Apts" for rest of the review) However, this review it's not about the "good" apartment properties nor is it about the "not-so-good" apartment properties that we visited. So I will proceed on to give my opinion of The Anthem Apts. When we first visited, we were granted a warm, professional welcome by Jean B. She is the Asst. Property Mgr. She made us feel like Valued Clients. This welcome only happened at The Anthem Apts. After the greeting, Jean identified our needs and offered solutions via floor plan options. It's important to note that Jean did indeed value us as potential future residents. We made a decision to apply for an apartment unit at The Anthem Apts. based on how Jean treated us versus ALL the other apt. properties. The difference in how Jean assisted us in completing the application, answering all questions, and how she was kind, not in a rush etc, it was a night and day difference as Jean's performance was many levels up from the other 12-15 properties staff. Jean's performance and personality sealed the deal. As I write this review, I cannot forget how Derrick/Property Mgr. and Cassie/Leasing Agent, treated us very well also. The culture of The Anthem Apts. Leasing Office is to value not just your residents, but also value your prospective residents. These guys do business the successful way. And it starts with treating their residents and prospects equally with professionalism and kindness. So, I am in my "new to me" apartment unit here at The Anthem Apts. And I am very happy with the floor plan and the newly renovated interior. It is truly a beautiful redux. The exterior is being renovated and it is looking really nice. No riff raff, No noise pollution, and overall, a VERY clean exterior! To close, if it was possible to give 10 Stars, I would give 15 stars! The Anthem Town East Apartments, Mesquite TX is the FIRST and only apartment property to consider. And as the renovation of the property is underway, it will only get better! Rent pricing is competitive as well! Come see Jean, Cassie or Derrick if you're in the market for an apartment unit! You'll be glad you did! Thank you for reading the review!

Quiet community but Apartments are in worse shape than u think until after you lease . Then u Realize walls paper thin ,if u have neighbors above you the. U will hear every step they take and everytime they use water it sounds if u are right there with em All Foundations are total array ..after 2week of living here all the cracks in walls that they covered up were all back showing but worse And the A/c system is a joke no a:c in master bedroom and u will probably be cooling the neighbors anyway cause of cracks and foundation Worse by far is they get a new roof to add to the bad foundation ,because it looks better on outside After 4 years theyget a new owners which could be a + since maintenance would tell us old owners would buy cheapest stuff allowed So far new owner have made trash conditions worse but have made insides nice on remodeling for new tenets Old tenets will suffer with our lease is up and they want charge us a new base rent 400 higher with no improvements crazy if you want to move into the remodel apartments they charge you a $500 transfer fee not happening and nothing our lease is up and you’re gonna try to charge us fees because we didn’t give 60 days notice even though the lease is up or charge a reletting fee until I get the apartment rented knowing they have to remodel anyway Sad thing is just one the nicest complex you’ll find in Mesquite

Cons: 1). The trash is sat out before the scheduled pickup and only one dumpster in the back of property 2) The ovens are old, lack a child safety lock and no see through window to see your food. 3). The cabinets are not real wood but paper covering them. 4).The blinds are the cheapest because they tear and bend on a whim. 5) The carpet has dents and grooves and rises up because it wasn't measured right. 6).The walls are thin in the master bedroom bathroom...I can hear my neighbor singing... beautifully, but not when I'm trying to have quiet time. Pros: 1) Location 2). Some of the neighbors. 3). I will not be renewing my lease next Fall. I have no pros or cons with the staff, but they've been professional when I called or stopped by.

That's most likely from the Tennant in the appartment but the apartments themselves are really nice and modern.
75 dollars after the first day, and then 15 dollars each day after that.
