I would give zero stars if possible. What a joke. I signed up for 7 sessions. They told me I would get a refund on any unused sessions. I found a better chiropractor so I canceled my membership. They told me that I will not get a refund. This place is a huge joke. There's a chiropractor in Mesquite on N. Galloway. She is so so so so much better

I had never been to a chiropractor before and was skeptical but Dr Andersen straightened out my back perfectly. I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in years. Thanks you doctor Andersen.

Woman at the front counter was not listening to me regarding the patient intake forms, ended up confusing herself. After my appointment, I was ready to check out, and just as I was handing her my card for payment, she stopped and assisted someone else, and took their payment. Chiropractor never asked what caused the initial injury, only what I was doing when I tweaked it over the weekend. This was after informing him that I have had a back problem for the past 9 years. Couldn't comprehend my intake form, and even after I made it clear that it was the left side of my back, which he could not make out from the typed form, he still adjusted mostly the right side of my back. At that, it was 3, maybe 4 adjustments, only one side of the neck, nothing along the spine or left side of my back that actually was in pain. Was adamant that he did exactly what he needed to do, and that the relief is not always immediate. He firmly believed I would feel "too good" that I would not come in on the weekend for a follow-up adjustment. This was after I told him I felt exactly the same, no difference. I have been to 2 other chiropractors before moving to this area, so I at least have a working understanding of what pain relief at the chiropractor's feels like. The Joint Chiropractic, in my opinion, is a "fix the surface issue, not the real issue" type of place. Have not returned and will not return.

Such great vibes! It was my first visit, so I was nervous, but they really did a wonderful job of explaining everything and making me feel comfortable! I ended up getting the wellness plan, and I absolutely look forward to my next visit!
