Farrah is EVERYTHING! She also manages Country Club Condominiums. My husband has lived here 12 years and sense she has been here it has been a great place to live. Farrah really cares about her Tennant's. She listens to your concerns, takes care of any issues in a timely manner, and always treats you with respect. Farrah, Jessica, and Rosy- I have been a nervous wreck about moving and these ladies made it STRESS FREE. I am so excited to become a resident knowing to have such amazing women in the front office. I have lived in this place for a year, at first it was nice but after a while everything changed. the neighbor downstairs is very upset several times he came to knock on my door and yelled at me because we walked a lot or if the noise of the washing machines etc. The maintenance staff who installed my washing machines badly installed this to make the water spill and that water seeped down happened 3 times and that also became a problem with the neighbor! The apartment started to crack from the first month that we moved and we called the offices to report and they never managed to solve the problem when it rained through those cracks the water leaked I sent them photos and they never sent someone to fix it. The problem is not the girls who are in the front, it's more of the manager, I think, because in my case she was always on the side of my spoiled neighbors.

Not a bad place to live. The walls are thin and I could smell weed in my apartment sometimes, but the apartments are quite comfortable, and the staff is very helpful and usually quite prompt. Has lots of great perks like fiber internet, a pool, and included pest control.
