Super slow service, Then will give you mini chicken tenders. I've seen shrimp larger than these pieces.

I am sick of giving this chicken express chance after chance. Today was my last day being served cold hard rubber chicken tenders and cold gravy. This is hands down the absolute worst Chicken Express in the DFW. Please take my advice the food is served nasty and cold, I have tried them multiple times. I just can’t take it any more. I will never give them another dime. I recommend Canes just a bit further down the street. I am very disappointed. And all the reviews are the same.

Really late review but me and my fiance ended up getting food poisoning from this location the last time we went. Before that, our food was messed up several times, and one time we didn't get one of our meals and the teenagers working there said we were lying even though we never even left the drive through with the food. While waiting in the huge line, they also think being on their phones is more important than helping all the customers waiting in line. It's impossible to get ahold of a manager or corporate so we gladly drive to other locations to get better service. Note sure what happened but this location used to be awesome. Really sad that it's gone downhill.

The staff were really nice. Our food however was good, when we finally received it. Someone else took off with it so they had to remake it. Not blaming the staff they were very apologetic and were able to get the food to us right away.
