I came into today after a while of not eating at wendys and I was greeted at the register with a smile and this nice man named Xavier is very well mannered and he guided me through the menu when I had trouble reading it because I had left my glasses at my home I think he was a shift lead of the establishment because of his nice wendys shirt. He was also very patient with me when I had trouble finding my money in my bag. Thank you Xavier you were a real help

If I could give zero stars.... At this point if I could give negative points I WOULD!! The employees attitudes are terrible. The service is terrible!!!! I go through the drive thru and order particular items that she acted like they didn't have but did. Got to the window she was automatically rude as hell! Got my drinks wrong as well! As soon as I told her she said nothing and still only fixed one drink. My food looked tossed in the bag and when I decided to go in... NONE of them acted like they cared. This Wendys SUCKS!! At this point you would be better off hiring animals to work in there!!!!!

If I could I would give ZERO STARS! Let’s not even talk about their employees attitudes towards their customer’s!! This was in my food. I should’ve listened to my husband when he said stop getting chill from here. I was already sick by a virus (husband ordered through drive-thru). This is disgusting & unacceptable! This happened on 3/31 I will be calling the health department tomorrow.
