My rent has increased every time over the last few months which it’s now a hundred less than $2000 with a base rent of $1600. This 2bdrm apt is not renovated therefore I do believe they are adding charges as if it has been renovated to accommodate themselves. It’s become uneconomical to even live in this apartment and pay the outrageous charge for rent and still live comfortably. I would not recommend this place to anyone with kids as it’s not economical at all and nor are they worth it in any shape or form. Inflation is definitely the case here for no apparent reason.

This place is a complete and utter joke, save your money and time and go somewhere else. I’ve had multiple problems within my unit, if they fix anything it will take them months to do it and daily calls to the office. In all my years of renting this has hands down been the worst experience.

Worst experience renting I’ve ever had stay away! If anything breaks which everything most certainly will there’s no care given to any of there apartments they will take at least 3-4 months to fix it only if you call everyday.

I stopped here last minute after looking at a lot of other places, except the customer service here by Valarrin as soon as i stepped in convinced me. She has such a bubbly attitude she is amazing at what she does. I have to say other places i visited got the worse customer service ever. She took the time to tour the facility with me and the upgraded units they're amazingly nice. I am so happy i stopped by to this location. I am currently waiting on my application response. Also a huge plus my questions and emails are responded to immediately which i could not say that regarding other places. I am so looking forward to moving here the whole staff in this office made me feel very comfortable. Thank You Valarrin.
