Nice place to live but my carpet wasn't new when I move in and it looks disgraceful and they won't replace it and corporate won't acknowledge my phone calls or request to change my carpet 😡

I have lived here 3 years and love it. Wonder why I waited so long to move in. My apt is beautiful and well maintained. Maintenance comes the same day called. Staff is friendly and helpful. Many activities and groups. I've made new friends.

It is considered low income housing. I don't know the exact cap. And some income is not counted. They have some paperwork you complete to see if you qualify. They typically do have a waiting list if you want a bigger apartment.
