Dr suthee is great but his staff is rude unhelpful and it takes them all day to do anything my wife has been seeing him for more than ten years and she loves him but can't get anything done right anymore and god forbid you need a refill it takes all day my wife see 4 deffent doctor and when they do a refill it takes 30 min Dr suthee thumasthit it takes five hours or more and in some cases days if this continues I now we won't be returning

I would not recommend this office. My experience with this office has been bad since my first appointment. I tried to be understanding and adopt but I just cant. The customer service and concerns about their patients and patients health is not there. I recently visited the office regarding ongoing pain in back, abdominal and legs. I informed doctor about swelling in my hands,legs,feet. I had sharp pains in my arms and chest that made me feel like I was having a heart attack or stroke. I have night sweats, chills, tingling sensationions / numbness and headaches. Alot going on right! I went in for my annual and Dr. Thumasathit ignored all symptoms. I had to request bloodwork which all was not completed and request to see a specialist. When I asked him about the swelling he said it could be a result of my weight gain or arthritis but no real assessment. I'm not a big person that is overweight so I felt insulted a little bit. Long story short I saw a specialist received results and never received a follow up from my Doctor. I am in so much pain, no prescriptions have been written to assist with inflammation or pain. I have been informed to go to ER but why should I pay a ER bill when I have a primary doctor. I am in constant pain and is waiting to see a kidney specialist Tuesday. If you was to visit this office I would highly recommend Mrs.Shaw the nurse practitioner. I can say she is very professional, attentive and follows up with her patients. I had an appointment with her when I was having pain and ringing in my ears.

Weboming staff carefully explaining executing arrival and entrance into office. Quickly followed to room for preliminary checks with dr entered promptly for meeting. Very concerned and covered all problems I was facing. Very through and complete.
