If a zero rating was available I would have chosen it. Out of the blue my son gets a gigantic colorful ad in our mailbox, he doesn’t have the age, nor any disability to qualify for this very expensive apt complex for wealthy adults needing care. I called and got Susan she was not amiable to me but rather snippy when I requested not to send the ad again, why would any one want a unhappy tight faced attitude like that then pay out so much money to live there it is not reasonable.

Ellie. Ellie. Ellie! What a doll! She is so kind, patient and WOW does she hustle! I brought my client for a tour and she toured us, served us lunch in the dining room and even helped assist getting her in and out of the vehicle and had a wheelchair waiting! She goes the extra mile and should be recognized for her HUSTLE, grace, and kindness!

MorningStar Arrowhead has been a saving grace in the care of a loved one of mine. The entire community has gone above and beyond our expectation of not only caring for them, helping them heal, and embrace a sense of home. MorningStar Arrowhead’s entire staff, from Directors to caregivers to therapists, have taken time out of their days to check in and help out beyond just their job description. My family and I are forever grateful for this community and their service.

Stopped in on a spur of the moment for a second tour with Ellie as my husband was not available for the first tour. Ellie was graciously “available “ to show us around. Beautiful property and nice employees-plus the guests seemed contented with their surroundings. We can’t thank her enough for working us in unannounced.

No, we are not a rehab center. Rather, we are a licensed assisted living facility (ALF); we do, however, offer respite (short-term) stays for recuperating seniors following hospitalization, and we do have third party therapists (OTs, STs, PTs) to help residents with rehab exercises.
I'll find out tomorrow. I know they have a memory care but not sure about long care. Is she home are you looking for possible someone to come in an care for her. Care From The Heart has excellent care givers.
The price varies by size of apt. and level of services needed.
Our loved one was in their assisted living. Morningstar sales people promised from the beginning that they could take care of any and all of our Moms needs until the end. It became very clear as our Moms needs increased that this was not the case. We finally gave up on believing their false promises. We moved our Mother to another facility a week ago.
