They communicate until it’s time to complete an interview. I can’t get a hold of the case manager. I’ve called several times, her message states 24/48 hrs and it’s been a week. Every time I call I just get a voicemail. Don’t call the help line either because their only suggestion is to keep calling a line that goes unanswered. God forbid you actually need the help.

Interviews are not in person or by phone now, they make a decision when you want to. All my documents were turned in 2 weeks before the deadline and no one checked my application and now my application is over due and probably will be denied.

Worst place to start your application. I updated my information many times but they didn't update it in the system. Instead of changing the information from stopping this job they put "he started this job"!!!, Always in mess. There's a very old lady she doesn't show any kind of help she just want to kick you out.

there was no line but the staff is horrible, can’t even give you the name of the lady who “helped” me because her name tag was backwards. She was very slow and condescending in the way she talked. The security guard is also just awful, witnessed a lady asking for a chair and his attitude was just extremely unnecessary.
